It's alive: the new Inflowgenics website is here
Cleaner design, same platform running your gritting and grounds maintenance from forecast to invoice.

The system holds the round. Crews decide what's possible today. Every task - done, deferred, or skipped - is photographed, time-stamped, and on the customer's desk by sundown. One platform - built for British growing seasons, by a British company.

In one sentence
Inflowgenics is a UK operations platform for grounds-maintenance firms. It builds each crew's daily round, captures every task — done, deferred or skipped — with GPS, timestamps and photo evidence, and turns completed visits into invoices automatically.
The whole platform · in one picture
The round leaves the office at dawn - to a phone in every van. As crews tap, photograph and sign off, finished visits fly back out as branded PDFs. Customer inboxes get the proof before sundown. No re-keying. No paper. No phone-tag.

Three tasks down, four to go. Tuesday morning, Linden Court.
Every task on every site has its own frequency and a deadline window - ±n days the crew can shift it. Inside the window, a deferral is operational. Outside it, the system flags it red. Either way the audit log records who, when, and why.
The schedule respects ground conditions, certifications (PA1/PA6, chainsaw), kit availability, and the crew lead's call. It still ships an SLA.

Sheets are dead. Tomorrow's round downloads to the lead's phone after today's last visit signs off. Tasks tick off as you go. Photos save to the visit, even out of signal. Defer or skip with a reason - and the system handles the audit.
The system holds the schedule. The crew on site decides what's actually possible today. Anything not done rolls forward - but only inside the deadline window. Every choice photographed.
On the facilities manager's desk by sundown. 10 photos. 2 done. 1 deferral with reason. 1 reactive ticket. No "did you do X?" calls.
Inside the system · Real screens
Two screens drive every grounds round: the planned-tasks view where overdue jobs surface for reschedule, and the daily work schedule where allocated teams, works and SQM totals are confirmed. Real screens - not mock-ups.
Hand-written job sheets, sign-on dockets, photo-of-the-week stuck in a binder - all of it lives in the system now. The Site Attendance Record is auto-compiled from operative inputs at the moment they happen.

A tree comes down in a school car park. A flood hits a logistics yard. A storm strips a hospital frontage. The same platform absorbs reactive jobs, finds a certified crew within minutes, and ships the same audit trail at the same quality.
Head teacher rings: oak down across 12 staff bays, blocking the minibus access. Logged on the reactive desk in 40 seconds.
System scans certs, kit, distance. Crew 13 is on a hedge cut 4 miles away with chainsaw + chipper. Auto-rerouted.
Job pushes to Nina's phone. RAMS attached. School site rules pre-filled. Nina taps "On the way".
Photo-in. Bays cordoned. Head teacher signs the visitor log on Nina's phone. Cutting starts at 10:08.
Tree felled, sectioned, chipped. 34 photos. Bays and minibus access re-opened in time for the school run.
Photo report + invoice on the facilities manager's desk by lunchtime. Hourly rate, kit list, mileage - all auto-compiled.
Field photograph
Every blade accounted for - 47 photos from Tuesday's visit.
Before Inflowgenics, half my Monday was planning the week, reconciling visit reports and chasing photos. Now the visits ship themselves.
The questions you'll ask
You probably have three or four. Most operators we onboard had: a scheduling spreadsheet, a photo app the crews don't use, a paper sign-on book, and Sage. We replace the first three and feed the fourth automatically. The point isn't one more tool - it's one tool, with the audit trail joined up end-to-end.
Yes. The app is task-by-task: open visit, tap done, photo, next. It's not a CRM. We bench-tested with three crews aged 38-61 - onboarding to confident use was 11 minutes per operative. The lead does most of the typing; everyone else taps and photographs.
We are small and agile and can move at your pace. The longest stage is importing your site list and contracts, but we have a bulk import tools plus a human at our end who'll clean up the messy bits. You don't lose a season; we onboard in shoulder months.
Yes - we fully support white-labelling. Your customer never sees Inflowgenics. The portal sits at your subdomain, the email comes from your address, the PDF carries your logo. We don't talk to your customers.
We will help you export it. Sites, contracts, visits, photos, audit logs - all of it, in standard formats (CSV + ZIP of media). No lock-in clauses.
A real engineer from Hertfordshire picks up the phone. We run UK on-call through the growing season (Mar-Nov) and 24/7 over winter for our gritting customers.
30-minute demo, no slides. We'll pull tonight's forecast against your sites, show a shift generate live, and walk through the invoicing on the other end.
